Record up to 180 individual emotional experiences in the paperback copy of the journal. If you write in the journal 3 times a day, the journal should last you about 60 days.

However, more typical use entails recording your feelings 3 times a day for the first month to set a baseline and once a day thereafter. This schedule would take you about 4 months to fill the paperback journal.
