Why should you care who I am? The simple answer is, unless you want to make a difference in healthcare, education, childcare, or another helping profession, you probably shouldn't. Let me assure you that you're in good company, though, if you've ever felt drained working in one of these settings and wondered if this should be expected when you've been in the field long enough.

Do you want to know why a music therapist who worked in schools, private homes, geriatric facilities, and hospice burned out after 15 years and almost lost sight of the passion and purpose that drew her to serving others? Are you curious what she learned after spending countless hours dedicating herself to overcoming the burnout cycle FOREVER? Do you want the secrets to how she reignited her fire for helping others? Then you might just want to pay attention!

I am Brenna Liebold, a Music Therapist & Stress Management Coach with a well rounded background in sleep science, breathwork, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy applications for anxiety to bring to the table. Pleased to meet you! I am on a mission to help other women in compassion professions remove stress as a barrier to better health, greater happiness, and more meaningful connections with the people and passions that make for a rich life.
